■ HOW TO MAKE

  1. Peel the asparagus, wash and cut in half.
  2. Cut the onion and lemon into 0.5 cm thick pieces and cut the petit tomatoes in half.
  3. Cut the aluminum foil into rectangles, fold it in half and open it.
  4. Put asparagus, onions, salmon, lemons and petit tomatoes in pure aluminum foil.
  5. Sprinkle a thin layer of sake on the whole, bind and cover the aluminum foil, and seal it.
  6. Place the aluminum foil in a mesh basket, set it in the middle, and bake it at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
